Assalammulaikum, 

Today, I would like to share a few tips on how to travel on a tight budget. These tips are not suitable to person who like to travel in luxurious way. 

1) Set a maximum budget for your vacation. Be reasonable according to your vacation destination. Make sure that when you're planning for the vacation you don't exceed the budget limit. Set aside a few bucks for emergency.

2) Find cheap flight ticket. There are a few ways on how to buy cheap flight ticket.

• Be a member for a low cost airline. You'll receive a ton of promotions as low cost airline will always do sale and you'll be among the first to know it. And you need to be aware of their sale especially during school or public holidays. 
• Use flight searching web like Kayak, Skyscanner, Expedia etc to find the cheapest ticket to your destination. Unpopular destination will cost cheaper than popular destination.

3) Book accommodation at least a month before your travel date. Place to stay is most important thing. You need to book as early as you can. I always use Hostels.com and Booking.com to book hotel or hostel. For solo traveler, hostel will be a cheaper choice instead of hotel. 

4) Use only public transports. You don't have to rent a car or taking taxi. Just use the public transport provided. This will really save your budget. Study the place that you will stay and plan where you want to visit and how to get there by public transport.

There're a lot of things i want to share, but I'm to lazy to type it out. So these are the basic things that you need to consider while planning for your next vacation. Happy holiday!

9Comment Pengalaman belajar di luar negara - Amerika (part 1)

Assalammualikum,

Dah berhabuk dah blog ni, dah lama sangat tak update. Untuk makluman semua saya sedang melanjutkan pelajaran di Amerika Syarikat, The Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio dengan lebih spesifik. Walaupun baru semester pertama, banyak benda sudah saya pelajari daripada Americans. And the best thing is, lawa sangat pemandangan around campus.

Ada banyak budaya Americans yang takde dekat Malaysia. Cultures macam ni memang jarang or memang tak pernah saya rasa dekat Malaysia. One of them is kalau bukak pintu kena pegang untuk orang belakang. Time mula-mula masuk rasa awkward jugak bila orang bukakkan pintu. Lama-lama macam rasa benda tu dah jadi biasa. Lagi satu, Americans selalu greet orang lain even strangers, tanya khabar and tanya macam mana hari kita. Selama ni saya ingat mat salleh ni sombong sikit dekat non matsalleh, but it's totally wrong. Dorang friendly sangat and suka tanya pasal Malaysia. And don't worry, they will understand us well. Dorang siap puji Manglish kot.

Ni dalam Lab Physics, dalam kelas ada 2 jer asians.

Lagi satu budaya yang paling patut rakyat Malaysia contohi is lepas makan di fast food restaurant such as McD, Subway etc, bersihkan meja and buang sampah sendiri. It's not that hard pun nak implement benda ni.

Masuk bab pelajaran, serious belajar dekat sini susah sikit. Before this saya ada belajar a few subjects degree before fly, but it's look harder in here. Banyak sangat homework and coursework. Sebab americans education focus more on work then test. Test and quiz sumbang markah jugak for final grade but no as much as coursework which differ to British education.

Makanan halal senang sangat nak dapat sebab ramai muslim yang tinggal dekat Columbus. Ada masjid yang dekat dengan kampus and dalam kampus ada surau. Kos sara hidup dekat sini sederhana compared to bandar besar lain but kena pandai berjimat and jangan boros (pesanan untuk diri sendiri lol). Sampai sini sahaja sharing for this time, and akan continue next time Insha Allah. One last thing, I have final exam starting next semester, pray for me guys!
